Promotions
Sales are on selected styles and colours only, as specified.
We provide exchanges for sale items to exchange the size, but we do not offer exchanges for a different colour or style. If you need a colour, you may return the item for a gift card or refund and place a new order.
Sale items may only be refunded up to 14 days after delivery. If you are in a rush, opt for the gift card option, which has a quicker turnaround time.

Flash sales are only live for a limited amount of time, as indicated, so be sure to place your order before the time expires.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days between 8 am and 5 pm.
Once shipped, you will receive a notification, including a tracking number, should you wish to track your parcel with our couriers. Please allow 48 hours before you track your parcel online.
We offer free shipping on orders over R500; orders under R500 are subject to a R95 delivery fee.
Our service is door-to-door. This means the shipment is delivered to the address, not the person. If the person is unavailable, it can be left with anyone at that address, e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.
As much as we want to meet our customers, we do not ship directly from our Head Office. We use a third-party warehouse that does not facilitate customer collections.
We ship nationally within South Africa, excluding PO boxes. For the time being, we do not ship overseas.
We've implemented safety measures for online shopping, including staff screenings and regular cleaning.
Our couriers follow strict guidelines for contactless delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a notification, including a tracking number, should you wish to track your parcel with our couriers. Please allow 48 hours before you track your parcel online.

Returns & Exchanges

- Enter your email address and your order number.
- Submit your return
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and give a reason for your return
- Once the return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number and shipping guidelines.
- Pack up your order
- Please pack your order in its original packaging.
- Garments should be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
- Please write your RMA number on the box.
- Finalising your return
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it.
- When the return is approved, we will refund you or exchange the item, depending on the nature of the return.
At HEYDUDE, we strive to make online shopping a smooth and hassle-free experience. We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&Cs listed below:
Refunds/Exchanges
You may return the goods within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you have the original proof of purchase/receipt and the item has not been worn or damaged. Any free promotional gift must also be included in the return. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original transaction (i.e. card or cash). Items bought on sale may only be returned within 14 days of purchase.
If you require a refund, you must log a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. The goods must be in the original, unworn condition. We will refund you in the same way that you purchased the goods.
You can exchange the goods within 30 days of the date of purchase. The goods must be in the original, unused condition.
A receipt must accompany all returns. If you don’t have your receipt, we cannot credit your purchase, and the current price will apply.
Goods must be unused and resaleable and have all tags/labels attached. Swimwear, underwear (excluding bras), and face coverings (hijabs, masks, and sports masks) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Email our Customer Care team at cs@heydude-sa.co.za. They will arrange for the product to be collected by a courier. Place the product, the original swing tickets, your completed returns document, and the original invoice in the bag our courier will provide.
A defect is considered a material imperfection in the manufacture.
If the goods are faulty because of how they are made, you can return them within 6 months of buying them. We will replace this item with the same item or something at the same value, or pass a credit.
Defective items returned without the original receipt will be replaced at the current price on the system.
We will evaluate the item or items purchased, and if they are found to be defective, we will replace them. We will not refund/exchange any items if they were:
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to high heat, sharp objects, etc.).
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (e.g. use of running shoes for court sports, etc.).
- Not cared for according to the wash/care instruction labels.
Please note that the lifespan of any item is unique to each individual due to their usage/wear. Damage due to normal wear and tear will not be replaced. For hygiene reasons, masks, sports masks, hijabs and underwear (excluding bras) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are entitled to return their purchase with their original receipt within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund for the returned items.
- Products will not be accepted for a refund or exchange after the 30-day period, unless due to a manufacturing fault. Sale items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange after 14 days.
- We are committed to processing returns and refunds as quickly as possible. EFT refunds can take up to 5 working days after receipt of items, and Peach Payments refunds can take up to 7-10 working days after receipt of items.
- Items marked as “SALE” may not be refunded after the 14-day cooling-off period, but we will gladly exchange the product at the sale price paid.
- Items purchased at or through another Supplier. HEYDUDE products should be returned to the original Supplier from which they were purchased.
- Products without original price tags attached.
- A product that has been altered, washed, or abused.
- Gift cards.
- You can return your product to any HEYDUDE Store in South Africa or by contacting our Customer Care Team at cs@heydude-sa.co.za.
- Items may be exchanged for goods of the same value, provided the product:
- Is undamaged and unworn.
- Has the original price tags attached.
- Was purchased at www.HEYDUDE.co.za.
- Is presented with the original gift receipt or purchase receipt.
Orders & Product
After the order has been placed, it will be processed as quickly and carefully as possible and, unfortunately, cannot be modified or cancelled anymore. If you order the wrong style or size, you may return it as soon as you receive it.
You can only order merchandise that is in stock. If your size is not available, you cannot select that size. However, if we find an item in stock but unsuitable for sale for reasons beyond our control, we will remove it from your bag, ship the order excluding that item, and refund the value of the removed item.
When placing your order, please ensure you choose the correct UK shoe size.

Prices are based on current costs and, therefore, subject to change without notice.
Payments
3D Secure or Payer Authentication (MasterCard® Secure Code™ and Verified by Visa) provides an additional layer of security. It protects you, the cardholder, when making an online purchase using a debit or credit card.

Discount Code
- Only one discount code can be used per cart.
- Discount codes cannot be applied after the order has been confirmed.
- Unless specified otherwise, discount codes may not be applied to items already on sale or in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
- If your discount code is not working, you might have entered it incorrectly, or it has expired.
- If your discount code is only valid for a short time, you can sign up for our newsletter here to stay informed about new promotions and discounts.
- If you return an item/order where you have applied a discount code, the discount code will not be reinstated.
